El tree lazy initialization needs to display data of multi-level structure

The project needs to add a search condition to the El tree component, but it is found that as long as the El tree uses lazy, I can only assign one layer to this tree. Can't show all levels of the background, is there any good solution

When an organization tree is lazy loaded and needs to search, it has to be done at the front and back ends. It can't be done by the front end alone.
