It looks like you have two different libraries. One is

Websocket client: pypi homepage GitHub Homepage

The other is websocket

Pypi home page

It is estimated that the two imports have the same name,

You should just unload the second one.

Try PIP3 universal websocket

There are conflicts between the two libraries at the top and the bottom. You can try PIP3 universal wedsocket
