Open CMD in program files / nodejs and run NPM. If you can, check the environment variables and restart

Try the C disk

It's better to install C disk for software. It doesn't seem to take up space or anything. It's safe for disk space to occupy less than 80%. If you put it in other disks, the mechanical hard disk has to rotate more than half a circle every time you look for something. It's not worthwhile

Probably the rate should be the environmental variables are not well matched, online to find a tutorial with the environmental variables to try again.

It's useless to uninstall and re install, and it's useless to configure the environment variables. Finally, I installed the 6.14 version of node, and NPM can be used. I don't know why. Can you give me an answer

I installed the LTS version with choco.
