JVM: using jstat to find that the utilization rate of meta space and compressed class space is more than 95%, is there any problem?

As follows: the utilization rate of meta space m and compressed space CCs are both above 95%. What does this mean? Any problems? The number of full GC is not much, it's only a few times in many days

How long does FGC run twice?

According to this log, FGC occurred twice in total, and the recovery of Metaspace is usually accompanied by fullgc. You can observe whether the Metaspace decreases when FGC occurs.

What is the total metadata space? How much is used? It doesn't matter if the utilization rate of the metadata space is high, because unless you use something that will dynamically generate classes at run time (such as groovy), the metadata space is very stable, and high utilization rate can save some memory
