What are the GCC compilers in Windows similar to those in Linux?

If you want to practice JNI programming under windows, you don't want to use visual studio. Want to have that kind of command line tool to compile c + + / C code.

You can use clion + cygwin. The compiler is GCC

It can be tested by wmingw-64
